So far in our Pipeline To Pump™ series, we’ve covered all the major product areas that Westmor offers. This final post covers our aftermarket services and support. In our previous posts, we’ve seen the equipment necessary to transfer fuel from terminals all the way to dispensing stations. In order to keep each segment of the Pipeline To Pump process running smoothly, we need a robust aftermarket team to provide servicing, testing, and repair.
Ensuring that the Pipeline To Pump journey starts off safely and accurately is critical. This is where terminal support comes in. In addition to fixing any malfunctioning pipe, our certified technicians also perform proving and calibration services to terminals. Meter testing and calibration is required by law. Westmor service crews work with local and state government to guarantee that terminal equipment is operating properly.
To keep all the trucks we manufacture up and running on the road, we have over 50,000 square feet of manufacturing and truck repair space. Truck and trailer support takes place at all our locations, spread throughout the U.S.Morris, Minnesota
- Columbus, Minnesota
- Portage, Wisconsin
- Shawnee, Kansas
- Brewer, ME
- Colmar, Pennsylvania
- Baltimore, Maryland
- Bridgeville, Delaware
Whether you need basic servicing, annual tests and inspections, or a complete refurbish, our technicians are prepared for the job. Who better to work on your truck than the same people who built it?
A major component of fuel dispensing is updating and maintaining the equipment. For c-stores alone, we have 13 service technicians who perform EMV upgrades, function testing, filter replacement, cathodic protection, and calibration. Have an annoying issue with your POS system or fuel dispenser but don’t think it requires an on-site visit? Take advantage of our Bluephone™ Support. We have three dedicated technicians who solve 80% of service calls by simply walking you through the steps of fixing the problem yourself.
Aftermarket service is the routine work that often gets left in the background. For us, we take just as much pride in this segment as building a brand new truck or trailer. We know that support is the glue that keeps Pipeline To Pump operating uninterrupted every day.
